NCRA Captioning Boot Camp Workshop – Las Vegas, NV

Calling all current and wanna-be CART and broadcast captioners! Becoming the best captioner you can be starts with strong realtime and a strong dictionary foundation. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be “perfect” to be a captioner! Anissa will walk you through this transition step by step. She hopes to see you in Vegas!

Will learn history and why 2021 is a turning point in our industry
Will learn how to edit and build the right way
Will learn how to calculate your TAR (if you don’t know what TAR is, you need to attend this workshop!)
Will learn that perfection is not required but dictionary compensation is
Will learn that the captioning mindset is polar opposite of reporting
